Salmon Rolls with Bananas

Ingredients

Bananas640 g
Roll skins- 4 spring
Frozen salmon fillet4 pcs (in a total of about 320 g)
Butter- 1 pc
Caviar and peppera dash each
Other fruit or vegetablea dash

Seasonings

Champagne3/4 cup (200 ml)
Fish soup1/2 cup
Shallot pellets160 g
Salad dressing (Dressing)1/2 cup

Method

  • Skin bananas and press to mash them; season salmon pcs with salt and pepper.
  • Apply butter onto each spring roll skin, spread a layer of mashed bananas on, put 1 fish pc on top, roll up, bake in oven in medium heat for 7 to 10 minutes, take out and dish up.
  • Boil seasonings until thick, pour around fish rolls and garnish around with other cooked vegetable.
